We have two adult classes available! Adult Ballet in Broadway and Adult Commercial in Meon Vale.

Commercial:

This class is a fun, relaxed class for all adults and abilities! 

​

Each week we will do a warm up and stretch to help with fitness and flexibility and then we will do a routine to a different style of song each week. I want to allow you to explore different styles of dance. Think a mix of; 80s jazz, commercial, pop, old school RnB, contemporary, musicals etc!

Ballet:

This class is also a fun, relaxed class for all adults and abilities! 

​

Each week we will do a warm up and stretch to help with fitness and flexibility and then we do different exercises at the barre and in the centre. Each week we focus on different skills in ballet. We want to help develop your ballet skills and also improve your health, posture, strength and flexibility.

I totally understand that people might have different commitments each week so if you have to miss a class that is totally fine and you can just pay each week! 

 

I only ask that you pay for the class before the class begins via bank transfer.
